Maruti Suzuki has 5 months long waiting period

The compact crossover of Maruti Suzuki Ignis is witnessing a surge in sales post its launch in January this year.The car sold through NEXA dealerships in India.The buyers are experiencing a waiting period of 5 months.Already , the car has sold 20,000 units in the country.

Maruti Suzuki Ignis is based on Suzuki Total Effective Control Technology (TECT) which has an outstanding crash performance as the company claims.The car was launched with a price range between 4.59-7.46 lakhs.Read Maruti Suzuki Ignis quick facts from our post here.



It was introduced in 1.2L VVT petrol and 1.3L DDiS 190 diesel engine types and both versions had Auto Gear Shift (AGS) variants.The car in its segment competes with Mahindra KUV compact crossover.

As you might be aware IGNIS is the first crossover car launched by Maruti Suzuki in India and third car to be offered via NEXA premium dealerships.
