The luxury vehicle division Lexus of Toyota has started its operation in India about two months back. With hybrid power train RX SUV and ES sedan are included in the company portfolio.
Now the latest news is that the company has also launched its main SUV – the LX 450. According to a report, the Lexus RC F will be introduced in the Indian market. The sports car will be available on order- to- order based.The Lexus RC F will be available in India with the cost of the ex- showroom price of more than Rs 2 crore without any adaptation made to the car. Apart from RC F, Lexus’s Indian product portfolio has gone up to four models.
RC F Lexus design indicates, but with the sportier touch. The distinctive front grill that is visible on LX, RX and ESS is equipped with sporty F-Sport window in RX F. The front of RC F includes LED headlamps and LED day lights in a separate cluster. The car is kept with 20- inch wheels, which overall design is coupe- like bodyline and GT.
Lexus RC F is powered by a 5- liter, V8 engine that generates 467 BHP and 527 Nm of torque. The engine is equipped with an 8- speed automatic gearbox. The car also includes F-Adaptive suspension with 30 levels.RC F can increase from 1 – 100 km / hour to 270 km / hour in 4.3 seconds before topping. However, it is slow with its rival Porsche Carrera S, Maserati Granturismo and Jaguar F-Type.
