Audi A7 Sport back clocks 0-100 kmph in just 5.3-second

Audi A7 top speed is 250 kilometers per hour

The Audi company, famous for its luxury cars all over the world, has unveiled the new powerful A7 Sportback car. The major highlight of this car is it achieves the 0 – 100 kmph mark in just 5.3 seconds and its top speed is 250 kilometers per hour.

This car will be officially showcased for the first time at the 2017 Los Angeles Motor Show, which is scheduled in December. It is expected that the company will make this car available in Germany by February 2018.

Its estimated price will be 67,800 Euros or approximately Rs 52 lakh.      

Major changes in design :

There is a large single frame grille at the front of this car, which is much larger than the existing A8 of the company. This second generation A7 is equipped with HD Matrix LED lights with lasers, that give it an aggressive look.

Apart from this, thin red tail lights like ribbon equipped with 13 lamps on both left and right sides are installed at the rear. The Audi A7 Sportback is fitted with large 21- inch alloy wheels along with an active rear spoiler which will automatically open at the speed of 120 km per hour.        

The 3.0- liter Turbo V6 engine :

The Audi A7 Sportback is equipped with a 3.0- liter Turbo V6 engine, which produces 340 PS horsepower and 500 Nm of peak torque. At the same time, engine is combined with 7- speed S Tronic gearbox.

This car has been provided quattro all – wheel drive, which will give power to the four tires of the car and will be able to overcome any kind of obstruction. 

Dual touch screen display :

Dual touch screen display is provided in this car. It has a 10.1- inch infotainment system, which will play the songs and tell about the way to the driver during the journey. At the same time, the 8.6- inch unit will help in operating the comfort features along with climate control.

As far as mileage is concerned, the Audi A7 Sportback can cover a distance of 100 km from 6.8 liter petrol, as the company claims. According to Audi’s plan, after the production of the A7 Sportback, this car will also be available in 4 and 6 cylinder engine options.
