Booster Jet Engine Enabled New Maruti Baleno 2017 Model will be the fastest hatchback

Baleno RS 2017 will be introduced with smaller more powerful booster jet 1.0L petrol engine

After the launch of long awaited Ignis in India , Maruti will launch its new Booster Jet Engine enabled Baleno RS on March 3,2017.The pre-bookings for this premium hatchback will start from Feb 27.People can book this Maruti Suzuki Car with a price of Rs 11,000.The car will compete with Hyundai Elite i20 in this segment with a higher ground clearance.

The new thing about this car model is that it will use booster jet engine.The specialty of this engine is that it supplies very high pressured air proportion for high-power air/fuel ratio for combustion in engine.As a result the car speed increases though increase drastically with proportional reduction in Engine life & efficiency.It is also the start of  small, direct-injected, turbocharged petrol engines Booster jet by Maruti in India.The brand new engine in Baleno will also make it the fastest Hatchback of Maruti Suzuki.

New Maruti Baleno 2017 with 1.0L petrol booster jet engine will deliver 100 BHP of power and 150Nm torque.The new car’s engine will be smaller than the existing Baleno’s engine.The smaller engine , however , will not effect the power of this 998cc 3 cylinder Maruti sedan.The car will have 5 gear boxes.

Apart from the sporty look front and rear bumpers , this Maruti hatchback , will also be introduced with standard headlights for night time driving.The car has received minor changes in the bucket fit leather seats,flat bottom unit steering wheel.The car dashboard will get AppleCarPlay along with Smart Play system.

The sale of this car will be done through the NEXA dealership.Although there has been no official declaration about the price it is assumed that new Baleno 2017 will cost around 8.5 lakhs.

Why Maruti is drifting towards Booster Jet Engine

The existing Maruti Suzuki Baleno are also quite fuel efficient.As per ARAI stats its petrol engine has a mileage of 21.4 kmpl and diesel model delivers 27.39 kmpl.The current Maruti Baleno use 1.2L VVT engine and 1.3L Multijet engine.Although , Maruti has good faith in these engine , it finds them costly to manufacture.

Baleno’s parts resemble that of Swift,Ciaz , S-Cross and Ertiga.Even in terms of price to its nearest rival it is Rs 10,000 less expensive.
