Hyundai cars except Creta go costlier by upto RS 30,000

Hyundai Cars costlier upto RS 30,000 from August 2015

Hyundai Motor has announced an increase in the price of its cars in India.The company has ten car models in the country across all segments .With this announcement its cars like – Elite i20, Grand i10, Active i20, Xcent, Verna,Eon, i10, Elantra, Santa Fe will go costlier by upto Rs.30,000.It will be effective from August 1.However ,its new increase will not apply to the “Creta” SUV launched recently in India.

According to a press release by ,Rakesh Srivastava, the company’s senior vice president for sales and marketing the increase of input costs has been said to  be the reason for the hike.Hyundai Motor which has a market share of 21.6 per cent in India is strengthening its dealership network.It has sold 52,062 units of cars in the the month of June 2015. i20 , Grand i10 and Eon are its top selling cars in the country
