Sedan Honda City 2017’s Look will be inspired from Civic and Accord

Honda City will get a facelift version in 2017


Honda is planning for a facelift version launch of its largest selling premium sedan car ‘Honda City’ in India.Ahead of its facelift launch on January 12 in Thailand , some images of the new Honda City , were released.In the new design change the car’s look seems inspired from Honda Accord and Civic,

It is speculated that the company will launch this facelift version in India as well in the year 2017.

Talking about the exterior of this facelift version the front sports a new bumber , an L-shaped led head lamp and an led day time running lamp.The front also has been given a new chrome grill and a new fog lamp.The wheel has been given 16-inch alloy wheel with a diamond cut finish.Tail Lamps have also been modified.

If we talk about the interior it has been given an infotainment system with a  5-inch LCD supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.These have been equipped with 8-speakers.

The new Honda city will also be featured with Automatic Climate Control System , rear parking camera sensor , rear passenger ac vents and power sockets for device charging.

No change is known to be made in the upcoming facelift of Honda City 2017.The car will figure with the same 1.5 L petrol and diesel versions attached to 5-speed manual transmissions.The

The 1.5 litre i-VTEC engine will generate 117 HP power @ 145 Nm torque while 1.5 litre i-DTEC with 99 HP power with 200NM torque.

It is expected that Honda City 2017 versions will be launched with 4 variants S , V , V+ and SV and prices will fall between 8-12.5 lakhs in India.
